Fred Awiti is a geospatial engineer with over 2 years experience in GIS, remote sensing, engineering and cadastral survey. He is proficient in both cadastral and engineering surveying, has experience in working with GNSS equipment for data collection and post-processing, in-depth understanding of Total Stations and manipulation of its data using different software like Carlson Survey, AutoCAD, LisCAD and Eagle Point. Fred Awiti holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Geomatic Engineering and Geospatial Information Systems from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, Kenya. In his carrier development; he combines real life experiences with the cutting edge technological developments and anticipation to make prompt and well thought advice to his clients. In view to extend his knowledge, Fred has gradually turned into a trainer, he trained Rural Electrification Authority (REA); Survey department on AutoCAD and Handheld Mobile GPS, trained Survey of Kenya; Geodetic department surveying using Robotic Total Station and too participated in deformation monitoring survey at Oilibya Nairobi Terminal. He is existed and down to earth, time conscious and works hard to help everybody in whatever way he can to achieve their dreams.
