I'm a Scientific Software Engineer, working with TISLab at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. I have a Bachelor in Physics from the University of Colorado Denver, and a experience maintaining research software infrastructure with the Cryogenic Dark Matter Search.
Currently, I support the Monarch Initiative by maintaining the software pipeline which collects and processes biomedical data from a variety of sources, and presents it in a unified, web accessible interface.
I have a strong passion for integrating the sciences, enabling effective research through software, and open-source community driven projects.
