Fully understand mechanical/electrical design and energy efficiency and developed technical expertise as an individual contributor in energy engineering and sales engineering. As a manager continued involvement in projects with design/construction/executive fiduciary oversight of other managers and organizations responsible for their success. Those projects included complete building HVAC/Controls/Renewable Energy systems and significant central utility plants at the largest and most reputable public and private Universities, Government facilities, Manufacturing Plants, Chemical plants and refineries, K-12 schools, Hospitals, private and public corporations facilities both domestic and international. Projects include turn-key greenfield design build of University of Texas CUP #6 with 3,000 ton chillers and combustion turbine electrical generation capabilities, CUP expansions at other Power 5 major universities, large manufacturing facilities, greenfield and retrofit HVAC for office buildings, government and K-12 facilities throughout North America, and large renewable energy installations including solar generation at Discovery Green park in Houston, Texas. The largest organizations managed had approximately 3000 employees including design engineers, automated building controls and mechanical technicians, truck based, and stationary field technicians embedded in customer facilities, project managers, finance, HR, marketing, sales, manufacturing and distribution of York global parts supply hubs in strategic regional locations.
