I'm a Data Scientist in the Berkeley Bioinformatics Open-source Projects (BBOP) group, at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. My work generally concerns building knowledge graphs out of biomolecular and biomedical observations and concepts, with the goal of learning novel relationships from the integrated knowledge. I've previously worked on projects spanning heart disease, microbial protein-protein interactions, and the complex relationships between bacteria and bacteriophages.
