Jimmy is Professor and Head of the Communication, Development and Information Sciences Academic Unit at The University of Hong Kong. Prior to moving to Hong Kong in 2016, he was at Rutgers University for 13 years. His research interests include the development of innovative psychometric models and methodologies.
