These experiences enabled Jose to demonstrate excellent Project Execution performance to the highest standards while meeting all Government and Regulatory Agencies’ requirements. He holds a prestigious US Patent (#US-8413494-B1) for his innovative solution addressing a critical Aircraft Engine Safety Issue. He is also proficient with Metrics for Project Tracking and execution such as Earned Value Management, and Agile Project Management methodology, to ensure responsible, efficient and successful project execution which will help maximize the team’s efforts to reach those in more need.
