Jose E. Moreno Tirado Executive Summary José E. Moreno is 40 years plus career professional with ample managerial corporate and governmental experience, and vastly recognized performance both in the private and the public sectors in the United States and Puerto Rico. He is a top of his class at USC University of Southern California graduate, one of the most prestigious university institutions in the United States, where he received a bachelor’s degrees in Arts and Social Sciences, as well as master’s degrees in Social Work and Public Administration also completing Doctoral studies in Planning and Public Administration. As part of his professional background, he has held key positions of relevance at the national level, such as Director of Anti-Drug Programs for Minorities, specifically centered for the Puerto Rican communities, thus latter founding one of the first organizations for the aid and assistance of the Puerto Rican Communities, after developing his first Thesis, on these minority communities in the Western region of the United States.
