A pioneer in the Internet area. Conceptualized and created some of the earliest successful internet websites from India and applications, straddling technology, finance and the realities of the Indian milieu. Currently focused on developing the area of "Technology Forecasting” using Augmented Intelligence tools with a special focus on the impact of the “Acceleration of Technological Change” on entities in the emerging economies, like India. I research the proposition that the "Acceleration of Technological Change" itself is accelerating. A challenge I put forth to ANY entity is that I can point out the emerging threat and the possible technological opportunities -including the potential moonshots. Since a critical proposition is that India's demographic dividend is poised to turn into a demographic debacle - the concept of a Universal Basic Income is an abiding area of interest. As a finance specialist, I research the field of Blockchain and Crypto-Currencies and am working on setting up a start-up incubator around emerging exponential technologies with a particular focus on Digital Ledger Technology (Blockchain).
