Generally working with mid- to senior-level managers to devise a strategic plan that will generate revenues, create new opportunities for business and help the company to remain competitive in the marketplace. Strong emphasis on cost management skills is a critical component of our company success and the overall success of the company I represents. Work closely and in direct alignment with the strategic that will spot opportunities in the marketplace wherein the company may be in a position as competitor, creating a market share advantage over others. Overseeing the company's investor relations, public communications, financial statements, analyze and creating our company’s performance objectives, evaluating high- or low-performing businesses and teams, appearing proactively in the representation of the company. Participate in special events to generate new business with clients and having a strong presence of over our operations.
