Joy Montgomery extracts strategy from SWOT Analysis. For the General Plan Rewrite for the City of Pleasanton from 1993 to 1996, Joy suggested strategies to protect the aquifer. She is the National Alumni Chair and a mentor for the Cleantech Open (CTO), the world’s largest accelerator for clean technology companies. As a Mentor and Pitch Coach for The RoyseLaw AgTech Innovation Network, she coached entrepreneurs in the agriculture and food industries. For the Bay Area Entrepreneurs Workshop, Joy was a Managing Director, working closely with participants. For transitioning Veterans, she is a career strategy advisor.
