Kathi Holt-Damant is an architect and urban designer specialising in spatial collaborations across all discipline areas. With 26 years of teaching and research at several leading Australian universities she has focussed on challenges relating to climate change and urbanisation – especially impacts on resources [including public transport, land, water, infrastructure, energy, housing, people and communities]. Research collaboration around Autism and Urban Design is of particular interest as evidenced in the Neurodiversity Pilot Study conducted in Logan Queensland between 2010 and 2013. Our research team investigated the inter-relationships between the public realm and people experiencing neurodiversity.
