“I love making people's jobs easier and helping them achieve their goals sooner!”
bio
I’ve been working in Lean and Agile product development for over twenty-five years. I started as a software engineer, moved into quality control, and then into helping teams improve their productivity. Much of that was at Hewlett-Packard, on products ranging from printers and electronic instruments to medical applications and website apps. For the last 10 years, I’ve had my own consulting firm. As a consultant, I’ve had the pleasure of working extensively with Katherine Radeka on the development of the Rapid Learning Cycles framework and associated training materials. We recently published a book together “When Agile Gets Physical: How to Use Agile Principles to Accelerate Hardware Development.” I have a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Michigan-Flint, and Master's degrees in Chemistry from the University of Michigan and the University of Washington, and finally a M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Washington.

Innovator
