Kelli Moulton is a passionate and committed educational leader. Her service now travels two paths: the first is to support others in the development of their leadership skills and dreams; the second to help the larger community see the value in supporting exemplary learning environments. In 2021 Kelli transitioned from a successful career as the Superintendent in Galveston ISD to becoming a TASA Executive Superintendent and legislative warrior for Raise Your Hand Texas. She most recently led the 2023 RYHT Measure What Matters council to focus on Texas Assessment and Accountability measures that would effectively provide a more meaningful measure of a school systems success. At the same time, Kelli joined the Hunton Group as a consultant to champion public school relationships. As a learner and leader, Kelli has focused her career on building world-class organizations. Kelli believes in developing strong, trusting relationships, and fostering partnerships with a wide range of community, state, and national organizations. As an advocate for assembling and nurturing teams, Kelli believes that each of us has personal greatness and seeks to be a part of something larger than themselves. Staying connected to public education, Kelli offers a leadership aptitude that guides individuals and organizations toward sustainable growth and fulfillment. Kelli is armed with transformational tools and a deep commitment to fostering meaningful change, both professionally and within her leadership roles, making her a valuable thought partner in a space where value-driven leaders are vital. Kelli is bringing together educators and energy leaders, with an emphasis on indoor air quality, energy savings and sustainability.
