A mechanical engineer by training, Kevin found passion during his early career in the energy sciences. Notably, his innovative pursuits helped to contribute scientific knowledge to the Nature magazine. Advancing out of the lab, those abstract breakthroughs transformed into practical solutions in self-powered sensors, renewable energy, and thermal management. He later co-founded Pyro-E to further inspire ideas through a confluence of functional biology and smart materials. The company vision paves for a sustainable future through advances in renewable energy generation, conversion, and recovery. He presently executes on company milestones and manages key relationships with investors, channel partners and new customers. Kevin obtained academic degrees from Rutgers, UPenn, and UCLA.
