Kim Wright combines a passion for sustainability with a career dedicated to innovation and transformation in law and community-building. With over 30 years of experience pioneering integrative approaches, Kim has worked on projects that align values, systems thinking, and practical solutions to foster lasting change. Her work bridges disciplines, bringing legal expertise, collaborative problem-solving, and a commitment to environmental and social sustainability. As the co-creator of the Conscious Contracts® process, Kim developed a values-based framework for fostering clarity and resilience in agreements, relationships, and communities. This model, now practiced globally, reflects her commitment to systems that prioritize adaptability and shared purpose. Kim’s sustainability work includes partnerships with communities and organizations to promote restorative, trauma-informed practices and forward-thinking approaches. As a dedicated advocate for regenerative systems, she has collaborated on initiatives supporting environmental justice, sustainable business practices, and innovative dispute resolution mechanisms. As a professor and consultant developing curriculum, Kim brings a multidisciplinary perspective to every project.
