bio
From the Lego sets in my childhood bedroom to Chief Engineer of the Liberty University Rocketry Team, I have always had a passion for creativity. My whole life I have loved taking things apart to learn how they work. I've always tried to design and build every crazy idea I've ever had. Early on I used LEGOs to express my ideas and, as I got older, I invested in 3D printers, simple electronics, microcontrollers, and many other materials to allow myself to express ideas further and more accurately. During my first year of high school, I began exploring STEM fields, especially engineering. When I realized that engineering is where my passion lies, I decided to get a head start on my career and continue to take higher level dual-enrollment classes throughout high school. Through school and my own personal projects I have gained many skills in leadership, teamwork, CAD software, coding, and creative thinking. Now, as a Mechanical Engineering student at Liberty University and Chief Engineer of the Liberty University Rocketry Team, I continue to further my skills and work very hard to further my education.
