Kyle is an internationally ranked elite para-triathlete, speaker, and social impact leader, honored as a Business First 40 Under 40 recipient. By transforming personal challenges into platforms for advocacy, Kyle champions healthcare equity, outdoor access, disability rights, and LGBTQ+ inclusion. As a national voice for disability and LGBTQ+ representation, he plays a key role in critical legislative policy initiatives that impact the disability community and promote equitable outdoor access. With over ten years of experience building and leading strategic partnerships with nonprofits and brands, Kyle is a key advisor to numerous nonprofit organizations, national advocacy initiatives, and brands, helping to forge meaningful change. Kyle currently serves as the Strategic Partnerships Lead for So Every BODY Can Move, a national disability rights movement championing legislative change to ensure equitable and life-changing access to prosthetic and orthotic care for physical activity. Their goal is to enact legislative change in 28 states by the 2028 LA Paralympics, ultimately pursuing federal nationwide reform. In addition to his full-time work, Kyle competes for Team USA on the international stage with the World Triathlon, participates in para divisions in gravel races across the US, and is always seeking his next big mountain adventure. He is dedicated to using sport as a catalyst for progress, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to systemic change.
