I saw this team as a great way to learn about the inner mechanics of rockets that are a bit bigger than the small unlicensed ones I have built. In the past I have always loved anything that had do with science, and more specifically the science of space. I enjoy reading about telescopes and extra-planetary missions such as Cassini or the Voyager Missions. I will admit to passing my time by watching rocket launches and simulations, and if nothing is live, I usually log some time on our old friend Kerbal Space Program.
