Michael's passion is in exponential technologies and, in particular, creating opportunities based on the converging exponential technologies such as growth in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotics, Sensors, and Biotechnology to name a few. With a small team, Michael is identifying missed opportunities and opportunities on the horizon by tracking the convergence of how these technologies merge and amplify their benefit to each other and to humanity. Currently, they have massively disruptive ventures underway in Space, Robotics, and Healthcare they are either leading the charge themselves, seeding, or developing the appropriate partnerships to bring them to the world. Previously, Michael spent more than a decade in the Cell Tower Real Estate industry combining his clients goals, his astute understanding of how business works and what matters most in life, Michael assisted his clients in realizing their dreams through a highly consultative process to develop real, ROI measurable plans that make a significant difference to the bottom line. From there he decided to launch himself into the Commercial Real Estate industry as an owner by acquiring his own portfolio of Land, Office, Industrial, Apartments and Retail properties across the country.
