Michelle Barnett serves as the Senior Vice President of Economic and Workforce Development for PartnerTulsa, the City of Tulsa's economic development authority, where she leads a team of professionals working on business attraction, retention and expansion, and workforce development with the goal of increasing economic mobility for Tulsa residents. Michelle is energized by connecting people to work they love, helping businesses grow, and empowering communities to achieve economic resilience. Michelle holds Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. She is a Professional Engineer in the State of Oklahoma, a Certified Development Finance Professional through the National Development Council, and a 2021 Franzini Fellow for Women in Development Finance through CDFA.
