Molly Rizkallah is a passionate advocate for environmental responsibility and a driving force behind transformative initiatives that are shaping the future of sustainable business practices. Born and raised in Dayton Ohio, Molly Rizkallah started her entrepreneurial journey while pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Cincinnati. It was during college years while later obtaining an MBA that she founded Cincy Carbon Technologies as the CEO, a groundbreaking start-up with a mission to drive sustainable chemical innovation. Her experiences also revolve around working at Proctor and Gamble as a packaging engineer. She is currently a Masters in Chemical Engineering student. At the heart of Cincy Carbon is a commitment to sustainable product development, ecological responsibility, and a genuine concern for the environment. Molly Rizkallah and her dedicated team have introduced a range of sustainable hydrocarbon products and services that are changing the game in the sustainability sector. Outside of her company, she also works in the development of wind turbine technology and solar panel cleaning with the University of Cincinnati. Beyond her role as a successful entrepreneur, Molly Rizkallah is a tireless advocate for sustainability. She frequently speaks at conferences, schools, and community events, sharing her insights and encouraging others to embrace sustainable practices, such as the IEEE Greentech conference, and the Air and Waste Management conference this year. She is currently an NSF Mentor for their I-corps program.
