As an energy professional, Riean has managed the origination and acquisition of 50,000+ acres and 250,000+ sqft. of rooftops across the Mid-Atlantic, Mid-West and SE regions for utility scale and Distributed Generation (DG) wind and solar projects ranging from 2MW to 499MW arrays. Specific to DG, Riean has in-depth experience with originating Community Solar (CS) projects, managing CS applications, interconnection applications and early stage permitting due diligence.
