Paola is a parallel entrepreneur. Her superpower is in commercializing great technology at scale. As CEO and Co-founder at Vandrico Solutions she is a leader in the emerging Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Wearables and Big Data space. Paola has spent 18 years in Information and Communications Technology companies. Armed with an Electrical Engineering degree from UBC, she designed network intelligence ASICs (Custom Integrated Circuits) that fuel backbone networks. She earned her MBA in Management of Technology from SFU and proceeded to take on Product Management, Technical Consulting and Award-Winning Enterprise Sales positions. Paola is a proud alumni of Singularity University, 40 years of zen and the Finders course. Paola is passionate about consciousness development and is an avid explorer of neuroscience, biotechnology and flow states.
