Paul Mandele is a Tanzanian young tech enthusiast and a young leader. He Co-founded Jopasy Enterprises a youth-led multi disciplinary company which currently deals with software analysis, design and implementation, graphics design and computer maintenance and repair. He has worked with KASO as a treasurer and ICT trainer, also He is among the founding members of African Youth Empowerment Team (AYET) a youth-led NGO that works on redefining African youth through leadership and entrepreneurial Skills so as to be healthy and also be creative citizens. Paul Mandele is a second year student of Bachelor degree in Computer science and engineering at St.Joseph University in Tanzania. He also holds a diploma in Computer science from Ruaha University college in Tanzania.
