I've built and sold two contracting companies. The first one was as a Commercial Electrical contractor. I expanded the company to four states in the Rocky Mountain west. (CO,AZ,NM,UT). Much of my experience with this company was understanding and implementing energy efficient incentives for construction projects. I sold that company and moved to Mexico with my wife and children. I bought waterfront Lots in Puerto Aventuras (South of Playa del Carmen) and started designing the residences. I ended up selling the land and moving back to Colorado where I started a home building business. We expanded to cover Denver, Colorado Springs and Fort Collins. Electrical Contracting and understanding how Commercial property owners think and act is probably my most ingrained skillset. I understand the energy saving incentive programs over the years and helped my customers obtain them and retrofit their facilities. With the advent of Climate Change, I would like to use my knowledge of Commercial property owners and incentive programs to do my part.
