Rhonda Courtney joined Eco Engineering in 2017 as Director of ESCO Business Development. Ms. Courtney is based in Alabama and serves on the Energy Service Coalition Board of Directors as well as being an Executive Committee member for the National Association Energy Services Companies (NAESCO). Ms. Courtney leads the energy efficiency and sustain energy business development in eastern, United States. Eco Engineering was acquired by Facility Solutions Group (FSG) in April 2024.
Ms. Courtney brings over 31 years of experience in the Energy Savings Performance Contracting (ESPC) and lighting industries. Prior to joining Eco Engineering, Ms. Courtney served as Vice President of Business Development for Energy Focus and the Stones River Companies where she led ESCO market development for the public sector. She carries strong expertise in the new technologies which characterize today’s lighting design and advanced lighting controls marketplace and has helped clients save millions of dollars by implementing energy efficient solutions.
Prior to Ms. Courtney’s Stones River experience, she served in the Performance Contracting group at Honeywell where she specialized in the K-12 marketplace. She began her career with the Space Systems group at Honeywell where she served in several finance and total quality management positions.
During Ms. Courtney’s 24-year career with Energy Focus, Stones River and Honeywell, she was responsible for over $120M in ESPC and Lighting Design projects for a variety of clients and facility types.
