Romal’s pretty much the go-to person for all things energy transition – if there's a way to make it cleaner, greener, or just plain cooler, he’s probably thought about it! He is a PhD student at Jackson School of Geosciences at The University of Texas at Austin. His research focuses on fluid flow in porous media and analytical and geomechanical modeling of subsurface energy storage, including geological carbon storage (GCS) and underground hydrogen storage (UHS).
