Stephanie Hong developed an integrated data pipeline that harmonizes disparate data sources from seventy plus medical centers around U.S. into a single Observational Medical Outcomes Partnership (OMOP) data repository. She is a member of National COVID Cohort Collaborative (N3C) data ingestion and harmonization team. She is a graduate student at Johns Hopkins University, School of Medicine, where she also work full time as Senior Healthcare Informatics Analyst. She was inducted into the Fellows of AMIA (American Medical Informatics Association) in year 2022. She received undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
