Ted had Sandler Sales System training in the 90’s. In 2008 shortly after getting involved in the
NY HPwES program Ted became frustrated at how terribly Home Performance services were
being designed, sold, and delivered. Sandler principles helped him follow a process that
delivered great outcomes, but the industry seemed broken, as if handcuffed to focusing on fast
and cheap. Realizing he couldn’t fix these interconnected problems by himself he found Eric
and Nate, convinced them the industry was fixable, and conned them into helping him fix it.
