bio
With over 40years of experience as an entrepreneur, visionary, mentor and philanthropist, I have worked with diverse populations in very economically distressed areas. Utilizing the experience from challenging situations, and living among them, I have developed a keen sense of awareness of others. Implementing the importance of confidence building in broken souls who have given up on hope itself, with the realization that there is a path to turn things around. Everyone has a unique talent and I have successfully engaged those previously closed to the offer of mentorship with success. Sharing hands-on skills building techniques, and problem solving to those, which others have given up on, is both humbling and rewarding. Innovation and creativity provide sustainable goals to those diverse populations seeking solutions. I will always make the "ask" when others sit silent, to keep goals on task and complete our mission. If roadblocks are interjected, I will work collaboratively to find solutions. In 2020, I won the Innovation through technology challenge in WI small business with the implementation of our 5week, accelerated hands-on Industry certified training program. In October 2022, we were approved as a WI Licensed Private School to provide Family sustaining wage opportunities to diverse families with our customized curriculum involving "hands-on" skills building. Accountability and Respect along with the mantra "Safety First" provides the foundation for success. My goal is to continue to provide this opportunity to as many families as possible.
