Tracy Timmons, Executive Director, has 26 years of nonprofit experience following a brief corporate career in interstate transportation. She began her nonprofit career by successfully generating $1.5 million in grants for a rural community’s school playground, library, fire hall, and wastewater system. Her vision to meet the needs of Carbon County has resulted in the establishment of and growth of the Foundation. Hired as the first staff person she now oversees all aspects of the Foundation, communicating with the board of directors, and establishing critical relationships with funders.
