Will is a Sr. Solutions Executive at Southland Industries, responsible for developing energy efficiency, electrification, and grid resilience projects for educational and municipal customers. His career is dedicated to improving the performance of public and private buildings and improving the utility infrastructure that keeps them operating. Will has evaluated and implemented renewable energy technologies including photovoltaic, solar thermal, biogas, wind, and geothermal as well as efficiency and resiliency technologies such as lighting, controls, HVAC, central plant, electrical distribution, battery storage and microgrid controls. Currently, he is focused on assisting school districts leverage available funding to maximize facility improvements that improve efficiency and resilience while contributing to electrification and greenhouse gas reduction.
