- Section 1 (Intro): should be attention grabbing and paints a picture to the reader why your project is important, or uses empathy to draw readers into the issue.
- Section 2 (“The Problem”): should give background information on the problem area and the organization or individual sponsoring the project.
- Section 3 (“The Breakthrough”): should illustrate why current solutions (if any) don’t work and what impact a winning solution will have on the problem area.
- Section 4 (“The Award”): should breakdown the award structure (especially if granting multiple awards) and how they will be awarded
