Use this To Do list to help engage your judges prior to the submission deadline:
- Send email to judges at the halfway point to provide updates to keep them engaged (e.g. number of submissions so far, total number of competitors and teams, etc.)
- Watch "How to Judge" video here
- Watch "How to Vote" video here (if applicable)
- 1 month before submission deadline: Prepare instructions for judges and email with judging process, schedule, and video (reference this guide if you need help with this step)
