I have over three years of solid work experience in youth development, empowering youth and women with entrepreneurship, ICT’s, careers, leadership, workforce readiness, life and 21st century skills. Over the course of my work, I have consistently proven my ability to provide outstanding service delivery. I have strong leadership, sound judgment, strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and manage productive working relationships and partnerships. I am ICT skilled, Internet savvy, and fully conversant with Microsoft Office suite of applications. I have excellent written and spoken communication. I have the ability to take initiative, adapt and respond to changing priorities. I am friendly, punctual, and willing to take the extra step to ensure customer satisfaction as well as the ability to work and fit very well in a multicultural environment. I have been an Akili dada fellow for 2014 where i implemented the star initiative project.
