The Lyfebulb–UnitedHealth Group Innovation Challenge will bring together Patient Entrepreneurs with key opinion leaders, patient advocates, and leadership from UnitedHealth Group as well as Lyfebulb to promote awareness, discussions, and connections around depression and anxiety, as well as innovation in the care of those affected.
Because they are personally motivated by their own disease, or that of a loved one, Patient Entrepreneurs have a unique ability to create value-added solutions beyond therapy. Our aim is to support user-driven innovation and provide a laser-focus on solutions for providing a higher quality of life for those living with depression or anxiety.
The award is open to Patient Entrepreneurs developing companies using healthcare information technology, medical devices, diagnostics, and/or consumer products or services that disrupt and shape the future care and management of patients with depression or anxiety.
