My innovation is 'Life-Potty'. It is the wearable artifact that actually collects and manages the human waste during space travel in general and in emergency cases.
'Life-Potty' is a simple and smart integration of already available technology.
Opportunity to make life of astronaut smooth inspired my innovation of management of the space-poop; managing of poop is important because of the unfriendly space and has made life of astronaut safe.
The incentive challenge " Space Poop Challenge" was itself motivating. it looked like normal challenge but it wasn't. It was in fact challenging to tackle with the problems in the space poop.
The golden opportunity to take part in the unique incentive challenge organized by leading space exploration and research center, NASA and the curiosity to tackle the problems in was the motivation behind my innovation.
Also, the ideas of submitted during participation that could help the astronauts manage their wastes and keep them healthy motivated me to the innovation.
In my story, I have come up with different emotions that shows how a high a school student deals with the problems he faces and the different imagination he makes when competing a worldwide competition.
I have also tried my best to to explain the emotions, desperation and excitement that I had during the challenge, especially when I found that only 20 days were left to complete the incentive challenge.
