What is your innovation?
NASA Robotic Arm Architecture: Contributed bit in Space research that along with space exploration, benefits people on earth. The project was about designing the robotic arm on Astrobee, the next generation of free flying cube shaped robot on ISS. The robotic arm on Astrobee was going to be used on ISS for perching & interacting with small objects & helping astronauts in developing technologies for use in zero gravity, such as how they do their routine chores. Patterns for Success: Developed Innovative set of tools to help US small business owners to achieve success under Leadership category. Shared ideas on modules like Resilience and Conquering New Territory, Building Team and Key Partnerships & Commanding Presence.

Imagination inspired my innovation of both challenges. Both challenges are important as they make me utilize the learned skills through out. The impact is visible as things done.
What was the motivation behind your innovation?
NASA Robotic Arm Architecture: Being associated with NASA in someway was like an impossible dream got realized. So the motivation behind was recognition & goodwill. Patterns for Success: Relatively high monetary incentive & being in flow with challenge by speaking my mind.
How does your story bring the "Wow Factor"?
It brought wow factor in many aspects. It might have brought "Wow" to challenge holders I hope. It strengthened my faith & some of my diminishing but vital beliefs. It fueled me to go for more meaningful challenges.
