Imagine a scenario where a kid is sick, upon arrival administration is fast and automated and the reception area is handled by good-looking friendly people that guide the parents through the automated check-in process. The kid is made to wear a virtual reality headset and is magically transported to some magic place, on the way to the medical room an avatar appears on the screen, and friendly doctor begins calming and assuring the kid that everything is going to be okay. This can be heightened further by providing fun lessons on the condition the patient is experiencing and how it will be tackled. The first ten will be pleasant for everyone. Check-in mechanism needs to be efficient and easy to use. The Medical personnel needs to be abundant. It's no use having the best looking building and not have the best people working in this building.
This idea can be implement by working closely with modelling agencies with the aim of recruiting models who can do basic administration and can undergo basic training to teach them how to serve as the face of the hospital. Getting an endorsement from Disney would also go a long way and in helping increase the hospital ratings. Other partnerships that can be formed would be with technological companies where you can buy television sets that would be fitted into the walls. Virtual reality headset manufacturers and animators who will handle the creation of avatars that will appear on screen.
