As an Associate Broker at Keller Williams Realty, Beth works with clients primarily as a listing agent partnering with sellers. She lists a manageable number of properties per month herself through her “Mega Agent Office” at 27 Cloud Street Front Royal, VA. Throughout her 16+ year real estate career, Beth has received numerous awards, including "Top Listings Sold Agent in Warren County for 2017", “Best Warren County Realtor” for the Northern Virginia Daily Reader’s Poll from 2012-2017 and ranking as a Top Producer for Weichert Realtors from 2007-2014. She was named #1 Listings Sold Associate in the Capital Region of MD, VA, and District of Columbia for multiple years and ranked in the top 5% of Realtors nationwide for a decade before being persuaded in 2015 to open her own independent boutique brokerage, Team Waller Real Estate. In 2015, Beth’s team closed over $34 Million in sales and TWRE quickly became the #3 brokerage in Warren County with merely 5 active agents (ranking behind only the much larger Weichert, Realtors and Coldwell Banker Premier Properties). After a great deal of soul searching, Beth decided to step out from behind the broker desk and return to the front lines as a listing agent, where she feels she belongs. She loves using her negotiating and outside-the-box strategic thinking to work directly with clients who quickly become friends. In addition to her real estate career, Beth has always had a passion for community and civic engagements. As a member of The Front Royal United Methodist Church, she was shocked to receive the Service Candle Award and incredibly humbled to be named the 2012 Front Royal/Warren County Chamber of Commerce "Citizen of the Year." She has also been involved with the American Red Cross and was honored to receive the Clara Barton award for volunteer leadership. As Campaign Chair from 2010-2015 for the Front Royal/Warren County United Way, she was presented with the President’s Award. Beth has truly found it a privilege to live, work, and volunteer in her wonderful community while raising her children in her own hometown.
